Initial Consultation to scope out services and discuss any possible additional costs
A 2-hour Details Meeting occurring 6 weeks prior to wedding day to ensure that you are set for your big day and can enjoy the last few weeks of your engagement with minimal stress
Unlimited phone calls & emails during regular business hours
Day of Timeline including coordination of vendor arrival times

Two JEMMs team staff members on site for standard full day (up to 12 hours)
Timeline management to ensure a smooth day from vendor arrivals and wedding party direction to special activities such as bouquet toss
Set up and tear down of all personal and JEMMs are Forever decor
Distribution of gratuities and final payments to other vendors as needed
Gathering of all gifts and cards to be to be placed at a predesignated location

Collaborative Planning

Starting at $2,300

Everything outlined in the “Day of Coordination” Package Plus:
Unlimited scheduled meetings during regular business hours throughout the process
Planning and Design of: Ceremony, Reception Layout, “Get Ready” Suites, Signage, and misc decor placement as needed
Sourcing and creation of decor as needed

Any additional costs, beyond the prices listed above, will be discussed in the initial consultation. Examples of additional costs are:

Weddings with over 250 guests
Requests that exceed the package scope
Travel outside of a 1 hour radius from Chicago’s 6 Corners based on average driving time according to Google Maps (2+ hours require overnight accommodation)
